Medium of Instruction
The Medium of Instruction is Engilsh. Equal Emphasis, however, is given to Hindi, the national language.
Admission Policy
Prospectus and registrations forms for admissions to L.K.G will be available at the school website “www.tagoreinternationalschoolsrao.in“. A child who has completed 3 years 7 months to 4 years 6 months as on 1 April can apply for admission in the current academic year. There will not be any entrance test. However at the time of admission both the parents should be present. Once admission is taken no students will be transferred to any of our school.
Meeting/Identification
Identification of the parents with the child is to be given. The meeting/identification date and time are intimated at the time of submitting the duly filled forms. Change in date and time of meeting/identification will not be entertained.
The meeting is held for the identification of the candidates and parents more for security reasons than any other. During the meeting no academic tests are held, no questions asked to measure the intelligence and knowledge of the child. Every child has right to go to school and we make no discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, sex,
Attendance
The minimum requirement of attendance during a session is 75%. If a student does not have 75% attendance he/she will not be allowed to appear for the final Examination at the end of the session. 75% attendance will be counted from the day session begins. If a student joins the school late he/she should attend school reqularly to make up for the, loss of attendance.
Attendance is compulsory on the first and last working day of every term.
Students must report to school on time. School gates are closed five minutes after the bell.
Medical certificate will be required in the case of illness. However, every absence of the child must be explained in written through a leave note by the parents. The leave note must be sent with the child on the day the child comes to school after his/her absence.

Examinations
Monthly tests are conducted each month along with the two terminal exams. These monthly tests are compulsory for all the students from class Nursery to Xth because the marks of these tests will be included in Final Examination.
Hence the importance of regularity in attendance during all tests is imperative. The result card should be signed and sent back the next day. A fine of Rupees 20/- will be charged incase of loss of the report card.
Fee
Fee is payable for twelve calender months of the year. It should be paid by fifteenth of every, month if fee is paid after the 15th of every month, fine will be charged.
All payment for a particular month must be made from 6th to 15th of each month.
If fees are accumulated beyond three months, the name of the students will be struck off the rolls
The fee should be deposited in time, before each examination otherwise the student will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
in case if the guardian is unable to deposit his/her ward’s fee, due to any severe problem, he/she can submit an application mentioning the cause of non-payment of fee and the date by which he/she will send the payment of fee.
